Shift Stability System (SSS)

Purpose: ensure guaranteed coverage and remove last-minute scrambling.

  1. Primary Caregiver — your consistent, trusted anchor.
  2. Team Lead — provides check-ins, transport escort (when arranged), and steps in as backup.
  3. Care Supervisor — oversees quality and covers as the final layer.

Result: predictable schedules with built-in coverage.

Why We Have a 20-Hour Minimum

  • Consistency for the client: enough weekly time to build routine and reduce confusion.
  • Schedule stability: fixed blocks let us reserve your Primary + backup every week.
  • Quality & retention: stable hours keep top caregivers on your team.
  • Better outcomes: fewer handoffs, better follow-through, calmer days.

Minimum: 20 hours/week (typical plans are 56+). Exceptions considered for short-term transitions.
